The Commonwealth champion and African 100 meters record holder Ferdinand Omanyala is our Kenya International Sports Film Festival (KISFF) brand ambassador for the year 2023.
Amb. Omanyala, who first featured at the annual premier event in 2021, at an interview with veteran journalist Milton Nyakundi, took over the role from seasoned media personality Amb. Carol Radull, who was the KISFF brand Ambassador in 2022.
Omanyala is the African record holder and the ninth-fastest man of all time in the event after clocking a time of 9.77 seconds on 18 September 2021 in Nairobi. He also holds Kenyan national record in the 60m.
